This page describes the general conditions of sale for purchases made on this website (restlesseclectic.com).
Pricing
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD $). All prices include taxes.
Prices are for unframed works unless otherwise noted in the item details.
Payment
Buyers can pay securely using either Stripe or PayPal. Both payment service providers are fully compliant with the requirements set by Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). The buyer’s payment information is sent directly to the payment service provider through an encrypted connection and processed on their secure servers.
Shipping and Delivery
The cost of shipping will be added to the purchase total at checkout. Orders will be sent with a standard shipping option including tracking. Expedited shipping options can be arranged for any destination at an additional cost if faster shipping is desired. If you would like expedited shipping, please enter a note on your order or contact me at [email protected].
Orders will be processed and prepared for shipping within 5 business days of payment (it’s a one woman show over here!) – if you need to arrange a faster turnaround, email [email protected] and I will do my best to accommodate.
Local delivery can be arranged for buyers in Waterloo and Wellington regions (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding area).
A tracking number will be sent to the buyer by email after the order has been packaged and sent to the shipping carrier.
After the items are delivered to the carrier for shipping, delivery timelines and care of the package to be delivered are the responsibility of the carrier. The seller cannot offer any compensation for circumstances beyond their control such as delayed delivery or failure to deliver by the carrier. For damage incurred during shipping, see the “returns and refunds” section below.
Orders are shipped from Kitchener, ON, Canada. Delivery will be made to the shipping address indicated at checkout.
Exchanges and Refunds
Items can be exchanged for a credit toward any purchase from restlesseclectic.com under the following conditions:
- The buyer contacts the seller at [email protected] within 5 days from the date the item was received.
- The buyer re-packages the item and ships it back to the seller within 7 days from the date the agreement was made to exchange the item. Return shipping must include a tracking number. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with their corresponding certificate of authenticity.
- Items will be inspected when they are received by the seller, if the items are received in their original condition, a credit will be issued for the full original purchase amount less shipping costs.
All items will be packaged with care to prevent any damage during the shipping process. In the event an item arrives with damage, it is possible to return the work to the seller under the following conditions:
- The buyer contacts the seller at [email protected] within 5 days from the date the item was received.
- The buyer re-packages the item and ships it back to the seller within 7 days from the date the item was received. Return shipping must include a tracking number. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with their corresponding certificate of authenticity.
- After the items are received by the seller, the seller will issue replacement items or refund the full purchase cost of the original order including delivery, at the discretion of the buyer.
